3. Community Guidelines
When using TechEngineer, you agree not to:

You retain ownership of any content you post on TechEngineer, including questions, answers, comments, and images. By posting content, you grant TechEngineer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the Platform.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to post the content.
- Your content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights.
- Your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.
TechEngineer does not claim ownership of your code snippets, tutorials, or technical solutions. However, by sharing them publicly, you acknowledge that others may use and build upon them.
5. Moderation & Enforcement
TechEngineer reserves the right to moderate content and user behavior to maintain a healthy community. Actions we may take include:
- Warning — For minor first-time violations.
- Content Removal — Deleting posts, comments, or images that violate these Terms.
- Banning — Suspending or permanently banning accounts for serious or repeated violations.
- Space Removal — Deleting Spaces that violate community standards.
Banned users will receive a notification explaining the action. You may appeal a ban by contacting us at the email listed below.
6. Intellectual Property
The TechEngineer name, logo, design, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of TechEngineer and may not be used without prior written permission.
User-submitted content remains the property of the respective users. If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed upon, please contact us with:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content.
- Your contact information (name, email address).
7. Disclaimers
TechEngineer is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Platform's reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Any content, advice, or code found on the Platform is accurate, reliable, or safe to use.
- Defects or errors will be corrected promptly.

8. Limitation of Liability
